I had another awesome experience with customer service at Everett Chevrolet. My father purchased a 2021 Chevrolet truck on Feb 8 and was given excellent customer service from salesperson Bryan. I needed a new vehicle my father took me to the dealership on Sat Feb 13 and salesperson Chris Peak helped us and we received excellent customer service from him. Any person needed a new vehicle I suggest you visit Everett Chevrolet in Benton they have awesome salesman and a great finance department.

I was searching online for a Tahoe for my husband's birthday (Feb 9th), so I reached out to a couple of dealerships online with the thought of getting an email response. The first dealership I went to basically blew me off, told me that they did not have what I want in stock (even though the website said differently) and that the closest dealership with the Tahoe I wanted was more than 100 miles away, so it was suggested that I order the Tahoe from them. Well, that was not going to happen because I wanted it for my husband's birthday the next month. As I was leaving dealership around 430pm Chris called me asking if I was still interested in a Tahoe. I told him that it would take me about 45min to get to Everett and he told me to come on he would wait for me. I was greeted and asked if I wanted any refreshments which did not happen at the other dealership. Chris was friendly, professional, and straight to the point. I have bought a lot of vehicles, but this was the single best car buying experience I have ever had. Most importantly, once I decided I would like to buy the Tahoe I was literally in and out of the dealership in within an hour.... WITH THE TAHOE!!!! AMAZING! I would highly recommend doing business with Everett Chevrolet, they are my new go to dealership. Chris Peaks you are my hero!
My best car buying experience to date. When we arrived we were able to walk around and look at Vehicles without a Salesman running out first thing. And I love that they are the lowest price car dealers around ,you don't have to stand around and haggle price for 4 hours. you get the best deal possible and our salesman Aaron was super nice ,very courteous.
Great people to work with. I purchased used vehicles in the past from Everett but this was my first new car purchase. There was a manufacturer issue shortly after purchasing my car but the team was extremely helpful in getting me right in and into a loaner while my repairs were being made. Mr. D was extremely helpful in resolving all my concerns.
