Bad service ever. I've bought in 10.2017 a brand new Bentley GT3-R at Bentley Zug with extended warranty untill 22.12.2019. They put the certificate on their name instead of my name. The car have a problem and Bentley dont want to pay this case because the extended warranty certificate was not registrated on my name but on the name of Bentley Zug. Mr. Erich Kündig told me that unfortunally he cant do noting and that i have to take care about the costs of this repair. Sfr. 184'000 and no service. Its a bloody shame! Never buy a car at Bentley Zug!
