Accommodating Dealership, Sales Manager was helpful, a definite plus. Experience was on par with other prior purchases from different Dealerships. As a suggestion we think Bentley should furnish better license plate frames rather then the inexpensive plastic ones- that definitely was a misstep. We felt the Sales person should have spent more time on explaining the vehicle when delivered. He was more then willing to program the seat settings & garage opener & departed after that.
