Stayed for quarantine, nice place to be; Very clean, mordern equipments, nice meals, fair network, whenever I called there was a good response. Enjoyed the place.

I had to stay here for Quarantine, very clean hotel but the service was the worst I have ever experienced. First night I did not get dinner despite calling down to the front desk 3 or 4 times. Because I could not leave my room I had to call to get coffee brought to the room, the first two days I never got an answer or coffee. Overall very dissatisfied with this hotel. For the price I expected much more.

After my 10 hour journey with a 15 month old in my arms, i stood in the lobby for 3 hours for a room to be allotted. Because i had a non refundable booking here under discover qatar, i had no option. And since they had all the money paid upfront, they never cared what you feel and how you are being treated.

I had stayed for a week (quarantine). I would have given three stars for a nice room with modern furnishings. However, the explanation for the two stars is because of the bad internet. Making voice calls, let alone video calls, was a headache. I needed to purchase a data pack before speaking with my family. Then there's no smart tv. It's just a house arrest without these features.

Really bad experience with the service .for 3 days I had called the reception over phone and informed the guys delivering food to give mineral water . And finally on the forth day I got water after shouting on phone. Food never reach your room on time. No follow up from the room service side. Never answers call.and WhatsApp.

The place is awesome, however, the service is very poor considering the amount I have paid which is very costly (6k riyals). I stayed there for one week quarantine (March 14-20) and just like the comments of other guests, the following are my experiences: 1. Unbelievable slow wifi. They didnt not mind to attend to my concern not until i freaked out. 2. Food are most of the time coming very late and always dry. They are serving same food over and over again. I requested for international food, but they’ve been providing me arabic and indian food which are chicken and beef only. 3. Four times they’ve skipped to provide me meal 4. I had to call several times whenever I requested for a certain service 5. Whenever i followup for the service i have requested, there will be new person to attend my call and like you are newly requesting, its like the people there are not coordinating well. My experience was frustrating and Im not going to book again in their hotel ever. Thanks

Very Rude Receptionist (Heba), totally unprofessional, and arrogant! Left me and served another customer when I asked her not to mix my paperwork with the other! The manager on duty gets notified and promised me an apology that never happened! Food is really bad quality, no options, tiny in quantity! They sent tahini salad (I think) which was off! Bread was hard, old and unbeatable! Room got nothing to eat or to drink but water despite of paying 1440 QR/ night! No dishes or cups ! Only paper cups for you to have your tea (only one flavour)! Called the receptionist twice to supply milk and tea or coffee and I am still waiting for almost 2 hours now and god know when it will arrive ( I recalled and nothing is happening)! I would have walked out immediately from this disasters but unfortunately I got stuck because of the COVID hotel isolation requirements! Never again and I warn everyone so at least you know what you will get!

I used this hotel for quarantine purpose, no service could be seen equivalent to the price , no enough towels, even no slippers, internet is awful, always giving poor connection, reception never answer calls at all , they didn't send the already paid dinner except when I complained to one of the managers...Too expensive for nothing, not even a view ..
