A big thank you to Shaq for his assistance during the week. He went well beyond the call of duty. Shaq lives only around the corner from me, and was kind enough to take my vehicle down to Brighton and bring it back that night. I really appreciate your help Shaq. I hope the owners know they have a dedicated worker on there team.

I thank the team of Infinity Brighton VIC, especially Jimmy for providing a great deal and service. He made the whole buying process fast and easy from the moment I first touch base over the phone to the final close of sale. I am very happy with the Infinity Q50 and would not hesitate buying another car from Infinity Centre Brighton. Jimmy was always responsive and answered all my questions. I am a buyer from interstate and the process was so simple thanks to Jimmy and his team. I highly recommend dealing with Jimmy and Infinity of Brighton. Great experience!

Purchased my new Infiniti Q30S from Brighton Nissan today, could not be happier with the service from start to finish with Jimmy and all the crew at Infiniti Nissan Brighton. Very friendly, helpful and professional service. My car was delivered very promptly and I'm absolutely thrilled with it. Glad I chose Brighton Nissan and I look forward to servicing my vehicle into the future with you all there. Thanks again.

Very sneaky operators. They interpret the fine print a lot differently from point of sale to warranty claim. I love the Infiniti Q30 and even though it’s compliance was 2016 it had only done 7000kms. The salesman said it was like a new car and offered new car warranty which I accepted. 75% is not what you sold me. 100% is. Greedy car company. Honour the deal YOU wrote up. Simple as that! You offered the new car warranty. Anyone being promised a new car warranty in writing would reasonably assume it’s from the date of purchase...Not the date from when the car was made. No excuse, very under-handed. Infiniti are closing ... they couldn’t care less about it. Wrong and shifty! Bluetooth is a fixture not a consumable. It should be warrantied for the life of the car.

Servicing department was unhelpful in providing a loan car, despite booking an appointment 3-4 weeks in a dvance to gaurantee so. Intially i bought in my car for warranty repairs but I have made it clear that I could only do so if there was a rental vehicle as i needed a car to drive. When they contacted be back regarding a part that finally arrived after 8 weeks, they claimed they did not offer rental cars during servicing. I could not go through with the servicing, and decided to delayed a few weeks to organise soemthing else. When i rebooked they now claimed to have loan cars as an option during servicing, however had to wait 3-4 weeks. I drove 45 minuites hrough peak hour to Brighton at 800am to only be told they did not have a rental car again, and the only vehicle available is getting a detailed. Infiniti Brighton are poor communicators and offer no further assistance. My car has a manufacture fault that has been agreed to be tended to by them, but they remain difficult in dealing with.

Helpful in allowing us to take a car for a drive, definitely not a high pressure sales team. I think it's a bit (Nissan dealership) let down by the facilities. Could do with an update I think. But overall was happy with my experience although I didn't buy the car, not because INFINITI is pulling out if Australia, but because the vehicle didn't have an apple carplay system. Although discounted, it was not enough to counter the absence of this option.

Ray was an outstanding salesman very patient kind and did not pressure me at all. I would hope that Nissan will take him on as a salesperson or better still a manager now that Infiniti is closing down. Ray I am so looking foward to picking up the car it's such a stunner and since it's blue I'll call it Ray Q .

This is to your service department, especially thanks to Michael the manager of this department, you guys refused to change the weared battery for my Infiniti qx70 at my last service, and tried get away from my car's three years warranty, causing me having all sort of trouble, faulty electric windows, couldn't charge my phone or anything else, struggling to start the engine, and now the car went completely flat in front of dandenong hospital in front of the emergency entrance, after we've waiting three hours in the hospital, and now need to wait another hour for a road side assistance outside, good on you!
