Elaborate eye test with option to check for signs of AMD. On spectacles, any required adjustments (since commencement of lockdown rules) now require short appointment enabling a member of staff time to make necessary adaptation. Generally good experience.

Having an eye test with Neil is always a pleasurable experience. He is encouraging, efficient and effortlessly describes the results of the tests. The staff are always polite and don't rush you when you have the difficult decision of choosing a new frame from their huge range. I was quite disappointed I don't need to return for two tears.

I wouldnt go anywhere else to have my eyes checked.. Neil is always brilliant as I have a lot of issues with my eyes.. and he is the only eye doctor I trust.. all the staff are so friendly and welcoming but at the same time very professional.. ive been going there for years since I was little.. Thank you to all the amazing staff x

Neil the optician is chatty and friendly. He made me feel at ease throughout my comprehensive eye test and contact lens trial, explaining everything and answering my questions. Sally was so patient and encouraging when teaching me how to use contacts. I really appreciated all her help and advice during my free trial. All the staff are always welcoming, keen to help without being pushy and the atmosphere in the shop is relaxed yet professional, due to a great team of people.
