How come I am the first one who's going to review this?! A visit to Baguio will not be complete without going to Tabligan's. I love their papaitan and they allow free refills -- refill to your hearts content! Kalderetang Kambing is a must try along with their kilawin! It's like a turo-turo so don't expect restaurant-like amenities but you won't be dissappointed with the taste of their food!
