Sanitary Camp, particularly North Sanitary Camp is where the Sewage Treatment Plant of Baguio City is located.
Not an ideal way to handle septage. Saw the desludging truck dump septage straight to the aeration tank. This makes your biological reactions incomplete. Don't you have an equalization/holding tank? No wonder you dump your wet sludge into drying beds. And guess what... the untreated water seeps into the water table. And nearby is a Baguio WD pumping station. Good luck staying healthy with your drinking water. Meanwhile the Class A Balili River becomes a dumping ground of wa-class effluent... calling DENR!
