Company messages about delivering at night (really?), doesn't show up anyways; shows up at whatever time of day is probably convenient for them; doesn't even have the decency to text or call the person half an hour or 15 minutes before dropping the package.

Receipt says delivered and that I received it but I DID NOT RECEIVE the said package. Delivery proof?!? NOTHING
Two days that my parcel remains in out for delivery status. Bkt kase entrego lang opt ng overseas orders.
They are not efficient. Buyer is always the one to adjust for their incompetence in delivering items.
Received my package earlier than stated when i placed the order. Just that i was not called/ notified when delivered.
They messaged me on Thursday night (Dec.24)saying they will attempt to deliver but up until now there's no update, no calls from the courier or anything. Will they even deliver my package?

Package received after 13 hours from a text message at 12 am. Though the notices that it would be out for delivery shouldn’t be that late at night. But at least the package was delivered the same day it was mentioned that it would be delivered. Thanks
