Such a worst Pg I never saw. Worst food. In all the rooms fully bed bugs will be there in every room. There is no power back and not even drinking water no gym. WiFi wont work properly. Owners won't even bother they will just come to collect the rents. They will stop the lift after night 10 clock. Pg is not at all safe. No cleanilessc at all. They won't come and clean daily. There is only one washing machine that also drier won't work. There is no parking also properly. Breakfast they will prepare at 9 clock morning. No lunch. And daily bf only rotis. They won't even wash the rice properly will smell horrible.

Now you oyo ppls are also cheating with tenants as they said in d meeting that electricity powert will charge only 100 to 150 rupees and without using comsumption meter is charging 10rupees for only 2hrs and it will cost more thn 300 rupees and if we use electric power of bbmp so it will cheaper thn gram power 10 hours we work in office thn also without using electricity power it charge us its really pathetic things going on to earn money by fooling others
Well.. My stay in this pg was just 3 months I guess... Now it has been given to oyo live for maintenance so I am not aware of how is it functioning but during my stay, I will make an easy bifurcation of my experience: Pros * Rooms no doubt are maintained unlike other PG that I had seen. * Easily accessible from the Main road * Safety Cons * Food was pathetic * I realized there were lots of ambiguity in the room charges, the same size room for one person was of different rate than for other. The maintenance charge deducted at the end was like luxury.. It's on mood whom to ask from and whom not to. * The owners of pg, Rekha and her husband Praveen are the most unprofessional people I would have ever come across. Their TATs are horrible for any repairs and helps needed * Internet is very slow quite often * Rekha is to next level, she will talk all ethnic discrimination,"I am a localite" and so is her husband, "he will start speaking all in Kannada even though he is well versed with hindi and English and he knows the person he is speaking to is not good with Kannada". * They both carry pride of "Praveen's father being in police" and the scenario is so bad that they forget that the business is not run on power but on services. * They lack Co-ordination for running the business. * Power backup facility is a lie which she very much displays everywhere and so is the Gym. * There is one fridge for one cluster that's around 6 girls share it and it is in bad shape and so is washing machine
This pg Is located is near by bus stop and all the needed things are very much close and even the management are very good and feel like at home the owner of the pg .Mrs Rekha she is really really down to earth person really thanks a lot for making us comfort at ur place
Horrible it is. Pg owners do not even know how to communicate and speak to a tenant. Until you get in they are sweet, once in a total nightmare. If no one accompanies you in shared room, you will be blamed for everything, for even keeping your stuffs, in the place provided for you. No power backup, no lift after 10pm, and sometimes there are weeks you will have to take stairs, no water most of the times, especially morning, wifi disconnects itself, food too bad, water don't ask! But when you complaint all this to owner anyday, will have to keep asking them again and again and again....... infinity and still will not have it get done, luckily sometimes. And while vacating, they will deduct how ever the hell for "so called" maintenance charges, and deduct even more saying lot other reasons which you did not even know and not informed while moving in. Professionalism, they don't even know what it means. Its a spam, will be not even getting back half the advance you paid.The lady owner is soo rude, disrespectful to the tenants and even tenant's gaurdians, not to forget she lies too much, and never cares about any complaint you rise. Never seen such shallow, manipulative, selfish, money minded co-owners who should not have such qualities while running a pg. Overall a headache, stressful stay throughout. PS: Only who can take a lot of headache, stress, increase the health issues you already have, welcome new health issues, please have a look, this place is perfect.
The Pg has rooms which are spacious but the cleanliness is the issue and the food is not great. There is no power backup but rest of the services are fine. It is not a great option for longer stays.
I had such nice experience in that pg its a very well maintained pg food also was good
