Service is not great.. They serve looking at the person who has gone for a meal. If he/she looks sober it does not mean that u don't care to treat them with same respect and dignity.. treat same to all..

Good food. But they need to improve on service. I always think they are short staffed.
Third rated restaurant ac is not working, no ice cream, no sweets, what they serve we need to eat that & when they speak with customers there is no politeness. Next time I will not even visiting you this hotel.

I don't recommend this if you have a leg or a knee problem because we don't HV a lifftttttt ....we need to use the stairs till the second floor .... I really struggled.....and the food also was over Cooked
