I would like to escalate 2 issues with my previous order. 1) I ordered for 8 rotis but recieved only 7 2) they sent me rotis on polythene cover and it was cold by the time I recieved in my hand. Apart from food taste & quality the way you present / pack food to customer is important. Try to learn how to pack a food first then you can cook. In my lifetime I never seen a restaurant sending roti in polythene cover like groundnut from roadside. Worst experience and will never order. Can see so many such negative reviews not sure if Zomato is sleeping or just money minded.
