Awesome food. We had the veg samosa and lamb tikka to start which were very nice. It was the mains that were the real highlight though. We had a lamb Dansak that was beautiful, plenty of meat and chunks of pineapple but still a great level of heat. We then had the much more mild Kashmir paneer that blew us away. I’ve never had a curry like it. Chunks of banana and lychee in a beautifully creamy sauce. Highly recommend!!

Got a takeaway from here the first night it reopened. We realised after collecting our takeaway that a meal was missing - they were very apologetic and gave us a drink to compensate us for it. This was really not necessary but we were very grateful for it! Food was beautiful as always and we will definitely be back!
I have come here often with different friends.no need to book (normally). Charming & helpful staff. Big choice of food. Large or small portions. & when it arrives heaven. Hot & served well. Hope to come many times more.
On a family holiday to Holmfirth we visited this place on a Monday night. There was a good atmosphere and we received excellent food and service. The waiting staff are all really friendly. Would definitely go again.
Had mixed starter for 2 which was very nice...Mains: chicken karahi and lamb jalfrezy both was nice enjoyed lamb better than the chicken dish..special fried rice was ok chappatis ok bit hard and garlic nan was more like a pizza base which was very disappointing, chips just ok.. Bill including 1 Btl magners and half coke came to around 43 so not to bad.. nice staff.. but have been to nicer places so doubt we will be returning.
