Visited after 19 years which was then the old Curry Kuteer, The Bengal Lounge has been serving for four years. We made a reservation online which was easy and booked for a Thursday evening. There are about eight tables and serves a wide variety of Indian and Bangladesh dishes. Be aware that the lounge is not licenced for alcohol but they do allow you to bring your own. The food was authentic and delicious and the service very attentive.

I always order my take away treat from Bengal Lounge. I am never disappointed! The food is of high quality and always tastes beautiful. Service is fantastic, always friendly and happy to help. The delivery is always quick and effective. I give this restaurant 5 stars and I highly recommend it.
Always a great meal here, very flavourful and a great selection of Indian dishes both traditional and contemporary. The staff are always warm and welcoming and the customer service is exemplary. Bengal Lounge feels very safe in the Covid age, this has always been a spotlessly clean restaurant and now all the staff are masked up and they are taking social distancing very seriously. Tables are properly distanced too which shows how dedicated they are to keeping their customers safe and healthy. Just as good as a takeaway as to sit in. This is the restaurant I always recommend when people ask where to eat in Stafford.

Some unusual dishes in addition to the favourite standards. Just had to sample the chicken breast stuffed with keema, deep fried in batter and smothered in keema sauce. It was amazing!
