My fave place to go walking , little streams n brooks , rolling hills , views of two tree island and the salt marshes , miles of wooded hills and many routes to walk .

The kids rode the 4km blue trail. It wasn't easy but a good challenge especially the uphills. We also rode the 9km trail which was well maintained and easy. The parking was easy and reasonable, the toilets clean and warm, and the other practice sections were tons of fun. This place is well worth the visit.

Had fun riding around the park with my children - there are some very challenging parts of the course that require some technical skill and serious levels of cycling fitness/ability. Loads to explore and refreshments/toilets available on site.

It has very technical mountain bike trails. There are lots of uphills in a fairly short distance. I found it very hard work. It does not flow having mainly tight corners. The ground is loose gravel, more rock chips, unforgiving. We stuck to the blue routes. The red route needed a bit of working up to. There were plenty of regulars and I noticed that they tended to practice sections, rather than treat it as a single trail. I think it is a good place to learn new skills but it is not for someone who is used to trail riding. Outside the mountain bike areas there are some unmade tracks that are quite a nice ride.

This is one of my favourite secret jewels. Im saying secret cause this is being in nature and you don't want it to be discovered by those who don't respect anything. I used to come me here with my kids since they were babies just to go out and enjoy fresh air, amazing views of the estuary and peace. As toddlers to play in the very well looked after playground. And now that they are growing to ride the bikes in those fantastic trails. Our learning path if mountain riding will not find limits since this is a former Olympic site. Highly recommended but keep it secret and treat it well.
