I have just used BeneFactors to handle the marketing and management of my property in Aberdeenshire. They have been fantastic from start to finish. Everything was made straightforward, they attended to everything to ensure I was compliant and they also handled all the viewings. Communication was great and I had everything explained to me whilst I was kept up to date with interest and applications. My property is in very good hands and I have complete trust with them managing the property & the tenant moving forward. I really could not recommend James & Janet enough, they have been AMAZING!

Tenant Review - I would highly recommend Benefactors to any tenant. The service they have provided to me has been first class. They respond to queries really quickly and make you feel they are working for you, not just their client, the landlord. Although very professional, they are approachable and helpful. I have had help with a couple of small repairs in the property I previously rented and this was carried out quickly and with no fuss or disruption. I really cannot fault James and his team.
