Visit Bend is the information hub for Bend and a place you have to go to if you're visiting. They have a great and friendly staff, combined with amazing stuff for sale that all benefits the town and parks. They also are the last stop for the Ale Trail, visit 10 breweries in town and get a SiliPint, 110% worth struggling through 10 beers on a hot day in town.

Incredibly helpful! The staff was excellent with recommendations as well as putting together our Bend Ale Trail passports with recommendations as where to start. Would definitely recommend going there first to check out the town with insider info.
Great staff with depth of knowledge of the area. Quick to share advice, maps and other info of the outdoor offerings and local attractions. Great place to make your first stop in town.
Great and highly accessable tourist information spot. The staff was super friendly, offered maps and a number of brochures with neat ideas in the area. Bathrooms were clean and available for anyone. Destination is also where you can redeem your Bend Ale Trail passport. The staff offered our child a free coloring book as well, which was unexpected but extremely nice. A great way to get a feel for the area and locals advice.
Great information center, very friendly and knowledgeable volunteers, conveniently located downtown and open 7 days a week.
