It goes without saying that nothing has been easy during the pandemic, but Classic Window Coverings made the process of ordering and installing my blinds as painless as possible. Joseph, the technician, is one of the kindest and most "persnickety" (and I mean that in the best sense possible) people I have ever worked with. The Classic Window Coverings team was awesome! They helped us select the best window coverings for our home and our budget. They were helpful in every step of the process, from selection to installation. We really appreciated the time Carrie spent with us, measuring our windows and helping in the selection process, including covering options and color choices. Morgan was also very helpful in scheduling out the appointments and providing reminders. And, Jeff & Joseph did an excellent job installing the coverings, with great attention to detail. The whole team was very professional and courteous. We would definitely recommend their services!
Carrie has advised us well on all of the projects we have done w/ them - so easy to work with - she is a wealth of knowledge about what can and cannot work. The installers for the products have been efficient and easy to work with. You cannot go wrong working with Classic Window coverings! P.S. and of course, the Hunter Douglas product is amazing.
I had to replace shades for 3 new patio French doors and a few other windows. Carrie, the designer, was very helpful, she knew her stuff and helped me make decisions very efficiently. The manufacturer had some issues with adhesives on the shade mechanism and every one at the store was very focused on getting me to a solution with the manufacturer. Installers (Joseph who had to come multiple times) were professional and gave me options when appropriate. I’ll go back to them again in the future.
