Friendly staff who want to help, bought a bike from them that started breaking down all the time, needed to be sent back to supplier who took 7 months to return it (Kymco)and it is still not working correctly and so I have returned it again. KYMCO would not extend the warranty when asked. Also in the first year the seat broke,three bulbs broke in the headlight and the main stand snapped. BMS ok,tried to help where they could. but I am not impressed with Kymco. Shame that Kymco aren't as customer focused as BMS.
