Fabulous, couldn't wish for better communication and going the extra mile when I'm not sure of something. Many, many thanks for taking the stress out of letting.
They didnt show up to the viewing or notify me I will be shown round by the current tenants.. Putting at risk a disabled childs life from covid.. says it all really
Renting from them for some time now. Very professional and supportive customer service. Ready to answer all the questions patiently and thoroughly. Ready to go around and sort unforeseen issues occurred during the process. Any new ideas and suggestions are being taken seriously under consideration. We had exceptional circumstances, which did not became an issue and we managed to get through the process successfully and move in to the house we liked.
Excellent service and lovely people to deal with.
