You can only write a legally binding document and implement it if you are a solicitor. You have to qualify as one of those as well.

We recently used Gavin to sell a property though probate. Was a very smooth process and Gavin went above and beyond to ensure the transaction progressed quickly. Would highly recommend.

When I moved from North East to Margate 3 years ago Belvoir where amaxing at helping me find the right flat (that would take pets) and arrange all the checks and finances without me being present. I've only recently moved out of the flat and once again Belvoir were on the ball with my check out (even though I had to extended by 1 day) and the refunding of my deposit. I would highly recommend them, as and when I'm on the market to look for another property this well be my first port of call.

Have to say that Gavin and Hugh are both stand up guys, very friendly and professional, and always understanding of any situations that may have arisen. Always sorted any problems and answered any queries promptly, they couldn't have done more and always had the utmost respect for us. I would never use a different estate agent, as they give a personal service and really make you feel like a friend rather than just another customer, I trust everything Gavin says and know he wouldn't just palm you off with excuses etc.... Thanks
