Requested a rental valuation 3 days ago on their own website and got no reply- if they don't reply to landlord enquiries I couldn't have faith that they would reply to tenant enquires. I was going to use them because they are highly reviewed on Google, hence why I thought it was worth adding my experience with them (or lack of experience).
Just moved over from America and they were very friendly and helped me start to finish. Was a bit worried with such a big transition but they explained all the little differences in detail. I had contacted them before I moved over and by the 3rd day in Scotland I was already moved in. Couldn't be happier.
Belvoir Lettings Paisley has done a great job in looking after my property which makes a refreshing change after the very negative experience I have had with another agency in the area. The team at Belvoir carry out their duties in a professional manner and ensure all monies owed are paid on time each month.
We received the best customer service and Belvoir made our experience very easy and stress free.
