I used Belvoir to rent out my property for the first time. It's an unnerving time, however I was rest assured by Daniel's professionalism. He has a wealth of experience in the rental market & is happy to answer any questions & queries. Responsive, personable & open to offer advise. 2020 has been a challenging year, & it took longer than usual to rent out my property due to the lockdown restrictions. However, during that time Daniel was always professional & kept a good quality of customer service. I'm only into the second month of being a landlady, therefore not enough time has passed to provide accurate feedback monthly management, however so far it's been a pleasant experience. Belvoir have been fantastic in helping me through my first home rental. Daniel was always quick to respond to my questions and was thorough with all details of the tenancy and the property itself.
