Would advise anyone to not use Belvoir for rental. The property i rented was unclean when I picked up the keys, had to have a second clean, an even after that I still had to clean! They have now taken 40 off me for not cleaning the oven, which was dirty when I moved in in the first place, they are disputing as this is the one photograph I didn't take, however did take pictures and videos of the rest of the filth. Absolutely unacceptable service from Belvoir.

Avoid. Or at least avoid Gordon. He is overly obsessed about gardens, hounding you to spend all your life trying to achieve some level of garden perfection possible only in his imagination. Maintained garden perfectly well and were still charged extortionate gardening fee upon ending tenancy.
I have nothing bad to say about Belvoir Chester. All staff were friendly and helpful. We got a lovely welcome pack when we first moved in. They responded to emails in good time and sorted out any issues with the property promptly. When we were moving out they were good at letting us know about viewings in advance and worked them around us. They made the whole renting process very clear and easy and I got my full deposit back! Would definitely recommend.

We rented our first home with Belvoir. They made the whole experience quick and easy. Any issues we had were fixed fast and efficiently. We will definitely rent off them again as the customer service was everything you could hope for in an estate agents.
