They never picked me and my family!! I booked them 3 day before my flight and they never bother to tell me that they didn't had any vans in the area. I almost lost my flight, and when I call to ask about it, they just told me to do whatever I needed to do, no apology, no help. Never hiring this service again!!!!!! Just use UBER instead, dont even bother.

Super Shuttle has made some much needed improvements in their coordination of services. They follow through to the end with your reservation that was made. They inform drivers of who you are and inform you of your driver’s name, which is appropriate. They also give you a reservation ticket receipt which also indicates to the passenger that all pertinent information is correct. I was pleased with my ride today.
My pick up at the airport was not so fantastic because the driver was a bit rude. However, my ride back to the airport a few days later was absolutely amazing. Thanks to my driver, Daniel!! He was friendly, helpful, and courteous! He made the ride back to the airport worthwhile :-) (give him tickets to the Aquarium, he deserves it!!!!)
