not very nice or professional if you call to check in especially when you've been drug around by your attorney for over a year and don't really know how things work.. insetad of telling you its past hours or not even answer.. first words out of her mouth are you owe me a penalty by Friday! extremely impolite full of attitude.. I suggest yall find someone else to bond you or your family and not go with this woman.. poor customer service to say the least...
They never answer the phone and voicemail not setup, so it's really not open 24hrs?
