Unexpected gem. Nice lunch, but not in the eat out to help out scheme so expensive for cheese on toast.
Came here with my roommate on a Sunday afternoon and it wasn't too busy: no line for coffee and a good amount of seating available. For the amount of people working on laptops and phones (myself included) the internet was quick, or at least quicker than I expected. The matcha latte I got here was one of the best I've had. All-around I would happily come back here!
