Extremely high level of service! My family and I have attended the Opticians here for over fifteen years now and have never been left disappointed by our experiences. The receptionists are always kind and attentive, appointments are easy to make and adjust when needed and the process of purchasing and collecting glasses/ contact lenses is efficient and hassle-free. Furthermore, the eye exams themselves are exceptionally thorough, this has been of particular importance to my family given the complexity of our respective conditions. We recognise the quality of the service here and we would not think of going elsewhere. As always, I would highly recommend!
Needed glasses for the first time, Managed to get a last minute appointment for an eye test and was made to feel very welcome. The shop was very clean and tidy and had a great selection of glasses from reasonably cheap to fairly expensive. I would 100% recommend Belper Opticians.
The check-up was very thorough, the optician dealt knowledgeably with my queries, the new glasses are very well fitted.
