Fantastic experience. The best customer service experience I have had in the UK hands down. Went to Cocoon after multiple bad experience at the Avis rental in the UK. Had rented with Avis in the US for 18 months prior to the move to the UK. The 7 months with Avis here left a lot to be desired especially the last one. Thats when I turned to Cocoon and Rebecca and Rhys. Everything turned around and done in such a short time, in such an easy, efficient and relaxed manner. Very straightforward and clear with detail and documentation...Would recommend them absolutely and give them 6 stars if possible.
