My mother has been a resident for 18 months. The level of care is second to none, and between my sister and myself we've seen a number of such care homes in Manchester and London. The staff are amazing as are the facilities. Medical staff on site
excellent service
An odd mix. Very friendly and helpful staff, a cafe on the ground floor that the residents and their guests can use, nice rooms. Yet some very basic health and safety things are not attended to, even though I have pointed them out several times. In particular, the lifts say 'Doors closing' AFTER they have closed, making it possible for the doors to shut on people. They do the same for opening doors, but that is less critical.
Excellent village, for retirement of Jewish people
