This agency reached out to me in regards to a past due collection. At first I was notified via a text message that I had an outstanding bill with a link provided which made it seem like the text message was a scam. When I called in to inquire on the reason for the text message I was told that I could only satisfy my debt if I made the payments through their agency.. Twice by two separate representatives. This was INCORRECT information as I called the location of the owed debt and satisfied the outstanding bill through them. I am leaving a one star review because I am very displeased with the lack of professionalism and accurate information I was provided during my experience with this agency.

Got turned down a job because the lady that interviewed me has a personal problem with someone that has the same last name as me. Before turning someone down on a job opportunity they need to make sure they have the right people interviewing. Just because you have a personal problem with someone ask questions! You know how many people out here have the same last name and are not even related?! I didn't know any of this at the time until I started doing my research on why I wasn't hired and who she is. She can have a problem with someone at the grocery store and if you have the same last name as that person you will not be hired. She is petty and I wish I could put her name out so bad. Other than this I heard it is a very good place to work at.
