Awesome club. Went here for the first time recently with friends and was taken back by the waterfall scape on the outside and the forest like set up inside the venue - Something very different and unique about this. Had supper at the Chinese restaurant they have upstairs which was great food and service. Highly recommend this place for anyone thinking of going here.

Poker machines how's control all poker machines stolen all customers money no free spin in machines even when they free spin coming not paying you any thing my advice is that for everyone reading my review do not go upstairs you are will be losing your money 100 persent. Stay home more safe if you're gambling call best safe for help. Canterbury league club was very nice for dinner and coffee very good service. But do not go upstairs gambling remember that they are not paying any things..
The manager Adam at the Bistro was very professional. I had problems with my meal bill and Adam was patient and efficient in working through it with me. I had a lovely time and enjoyed the food.
If your in the Canterbury area and looking for nice place to eat. You couldn’t go past the leagues club. It has a good choice of food at affordable prices. Restaurants Chinese and Italian and a Bistro. It has a lovely coffee shop with great selection of cafe type foods and coffee and tea. The decor is very nice and the staff are very friendly and accommodating well worth the visit.
Parking was slightly hard to find due to the rain, walked in and was greeted by the door person as he was extremely helpful as he asked if I wanted to become a member because of the perks that come with it... So I became a member straight away as the membership was 5 and you get 20% off food & drinks for the family, was a no brainer... Staff were friendly throughout the Club, food and drinks were at a very good price due to the 20% off membership card... Food was tasty but the only thing I can say is that the Seafood Platter for 2 is really for 1... Not enough seafood for 2 as they advertise but everything else was fine... Overall club was great... Had a ball...
Great location for a meal with the family. The club looks really nice since the renovation. Play area for Little kids is a lifr saver. Quality of the bistro food is High. Food comes out quite fast too.
It's okay, but for some reason the club appears smaller on the inside than you'd expect. The sports bar is a nice oasis to have a drink and watch sports. Would be perfect if the gym was replaced with a micro-brewery. :-)
