Both my parents lived in Belmont view for a number of years and I can not praise the ethos, the staff or the building enough. It is a diamond in the rough. It feels like the staff work in the people's home rather than the people being at their place of work and this makes a massive difference to happiness and respect :)

Quite simply, excellent staff make Belmont View the lovely place it is.
