The community of First Church embraced and welcomed us when we moved to town, knowing nobody. There is an incredible number of programs for youth and adult, fostering opportunities to form connections and be engaged. My teenage children found in Youth Group a radically welcoming place in a world that puts so much pressure on young people.

I really like this church and the community within. I love Unitarian Universalism as a faith. They are congregational where things are run by the members of the church and not by some higher organization. They preach love tolerance and kindness to your fellow human being without shoving any beliefs down your throat. You can come to this church from any faith without feeling like you're judged or not accepted. First Church in Belmont is a really great place and part of a great faith that accepts anyone regardless of belief. It us what some call \Love beyond belief\.
