Excellent company. My family has used Air experts since we moved in about 3 years ago. Our maintenance contract is fairly priced and they are incredibly responsive to all of our needs. Today Josh and Scott installed an air filter. They were extremely professional and nice guys. I would recommend air experts to anyone looking for a trustworthy company they can depend on.

My furnace had minor leak from the ventilation PVC pipe, Josh quickly identified the problem when he came over to do the estimate. Then they scheduled a repair in a short period of time. Josh came over to replace the leaking pipe within an hour. He did a great job, everything looks clean and neat now. They also guarantee for what they did! I highly recommend this company.

I made an appointment for furnace to be serviced. The day before they called to confirm appointment which i did. So far so good. Now day of appointment window of arrival 8am-12. at 9:03 tech leaves voicemail saying he is 10 minutes away and to call him back. i call back at 9:22 and i was told by Josh the tech he moved on to next call. I called office to see why tech never showed up to house and already skipped me. I was told by Abigail it is there policy to skip appointments if you don’t answer the call when tech is on way. So I was home, confirmed the day before. so because it took me about 20min to return a call that i didn’t even know to expect they skipped appointment. On top of that they were recommended by a friend who said they never have called him day of appointments. So my guess is the tech wanted an early day. Will never do business with this company now. You can not count on them.

I have been a maintenance manager for over 40 years and in that time have hired many outside contractors. Air Experts is a A company in my book. From the time Kevin quoted the project, and thought out the complete install nothing but pleasant communications. Paul, Greg, and Kenny came on time, did very professional work and left the site cleaner than before. I would recommend Air Experts to everyone. Oh and they were about 25% less in price compared to all the other companies that quoted the job.
