Outstanding service and would highly recommend to anyone. Russell Hobbs refused to provide the part required to fix my less than 3 year old American style fridge freezer. Determined not to be beaten, the engineer managed to source the part from France!! They went above and beyond to fix the problem and were very reasonably priced. Thank you!

I have been trying to get my fridge freezer repaired since AUGUST 2020 from RDA which was purchased from Curry's. 5 months later and still not repaired. Engineers not turning up, while making me take days off work so i can be there when the Engineer arrives but 3 times a no show. One Engineer came and left after 3 minutes to say the fridge freezer needed a part, which turned out, it was the wrong part that was requested, confirmed by the next Engineer that came a month later. I am still waiting for that Engineer with the part and i have ran out patience. I will be making formal complaints through the right processes. Absolute shambles of a company. Stay away!

I do not understand why this company is still in operation. I waited 9 weeks. The engineer arrived the first visit to tell me I needed a new motor for my cooker good, but told me I had to get it dismantled myself. I got an electrician to dismantle the cooker good the next day as the engineer said I would hear about replacement in 2-3 days. They arranged 4 visits which were all cancelled then on the 5th visit the engineer did manage to turn up with the WRONG PART. It has taken 9 weeks for them to actually turn up albeit with the wrong part. I put a major complaint into the company I bought my appliance from and got a brand new cooker good. If this one breaks down I will stay well clear of RDA they are an absolute bunch of cowboys.

This is the most pathetic outfit I have ever had the displeasure to come in contact with. RDA have been appointed by my insurer Domestic&General Appliance care to take care of a repair job. We are about 4-5 weeks down the line after successive cancellations of appointments 'due to engineer sickness', we are till waiting for someone to turn up. Unreliable, poor communication and you can't get in touch with anybody. Best advice I can give is to stay clear and find someone else.
