Total shambles at present with the amount of construction works taking place. Booking in procedures for delivery drivers seems to change every visit, but without any info regarding these changes being communicated to drivers. Result right now is that drivers are advised of new booking in location , and changed procedures, by other drivers who were in turn informed by....yep , other drivers ! Total chaos here right now! Give an info card to each driver on arrival, with these cards being updated as site works progress and changes are made. This would save so much hassle and timewasting. I've been on many RDCs for the first time, and had no problems knowing where to book in, which bays to use, etc., because that information was clearly communicated, verbally and/or by well placed signage. Not this mess though- almost as if a decision was taken to see just what levels of mismanagement could be achieved in the running of this RDC, and then produce a how-most-definitely-not- to-do-things manual from the resulting data.

Very large and extremely busy plant, the cleaning team seem nice however, as most places these days are overworked and undervalued.
