First class, friendly service and excellent quality food. We had to queue for about 5 minutes until a table was available but the member of staff kept our grandchildren entertained so the time flew by. Everything was explained to us, hand sanitiser was readily available and the lady even had a special bottle for the children, we were then shown to our table. The distance between tables was more than enough so we didn't have to worry about anything. Service was friendly and everything was cooked and presented perfectly. The children's meals even came with ice cream and although they were very busy we were not hurried in any way. We will definitely go back on our next visit to Durham

Absolutely disgusting even my dog left it. Fish if you can call it that was less than a slither so over cooked it was like leather. The batter was an inch thick crispy on the outside and soggy on the inside. Riddled with Salt when I specifically asked for no salt to be added. It isn’t the first time we have had a bad experience here but for what they charge this was outrageous. We will not be returning.

Mostly really good—- lots of things not on their menu that I only found about because I saw people ordering and I mean loads of people get them: example the curry and chips is amazing, the curry is just so silky smooth- really worth it if you’re in the area
