Great hoagies and enormous. The bread makes the sandwich. Just the right amount of crunch but soft inside. I got the Rose’s Special and it was amazing. My wife got the corned beef special and it was piled highly with corned beef and coleslaw.

Found Carmens courtesy of a Google search for “great cheesesteaks near me” on our way back from Philadelphia to southern NJ. I can tell you that we were definitely steered in the right direction. When you walk in, you’re hit with that Italian hoagie aroma that all the great sub-shops have. My guy’s cheesesteak was really good, and I had the homemade roasted pork & gravy with broccoli & sharp provolone—SO GOOD! We ordered online, and liked the way you can check off your preferences with pretty much everything you order. We chose “well done/crispy” for our buffalo wings. (Again, we were able to chose our sauce from a variety of flavor options.) Probably some of the best wings we’ve ever had. Didn’t get my blue cheese, but it was a busy Saturday, so no big deal. They were great even without it! Subs had soft, fresh rolls from a local bakery. Very clean & the service was great! They have multiple locations, but the one we visited was in Bellmawr.
We live in southern Delaware but are originally from Delaware County PA. Which is a suburb of Philadelphia. A great friend of ours brought us one of your Italian hoagies. It was awesome!!
You always get a good hoagie at Carmen's! Staff was friendly as usual. Seafood salad is good too.
We took a 35 min ride to go to Carmen’s to have a tuna hoagie. We had had them years before and the tuna was really outstanding very creamy and delicious. We were so disappointed yesterday, complete change in tuna. Must be a cheaper brand. Just so very disappointing!
