WE & B provided me with the best customer service experience of my life. I spent a significant amount of time in this place designing my sprinter van electrical system. Gerald was instrumental in the success of the overall design. I'm a bit bummed the project is over since I don't have a reason to return to WE & B right now.
I’ve been doing a solar install and needed some cables and other odds and ends to get the job complete so I ventured into Whatcom Electric & Battery to see if they could help and encountered Gerald at the front counter. He took the time to listen to me explain about my project and my overall goals for it and was knowledgeable as to what products would work for my application and he provided me with resources to any of the items he was unable to provide. They have a huge selection on hand of just about everything you could ask for and the prices are fair. Thank you for outstanding service Gerald, I will definitely make you my first stop when electrical needs arise :)
