I tried to order nasal coushins online for two weeks only to find out they had been discontinued.....called B'ham store was told I needed a new fitting and the gentleman said he e-mailed the fitting dept, at that time. One week later I called the B'ham store only to be answered by someone in Idaho!! I asked why I had not heard anything about a re-fitting and he transferred my call to a Rose or Ruby in B'ham only to go to voice mail with a sincere call me back message. OF COURSE NO CALL BACK!! This place has gone completely in the tanks. Avoid at all cost!

Ordered wheel for my mother's walker. They were helpful and it arrived at the stated time. They were also very helpful for ideas on mobility, after my she fell and broke her arm.

They are unfriendly and frustrating to work with. The entire system is a mess. Everything goes threw their central billing system which is a mess in itself. Find a different supplier. One that listens and is customer friendly.

Worst customer service ever. Avoid at all cost Avoid at all cost. For your items or parts online. Thanks to Raining in wear house for tying to help after manager dropped the ball. Leaving a 94 year old traped in a lift chair

Norco used to be a good company and I don't know what's happening with them, but I seriously believe the company needs to be reevaluated and rebuilt on everything from management to customer service because as things are they might as well just shut down. They don't answer the phones, send the wrong supplies if you even get them, and ignore prescriptions sent by doctors. For instance my doctor send a script so I could get medical gloves for use by my caregivers, I talked to Norco about it and they said they would send them, but I never got them. Also it disappoints me that their closed on Saturdays because this morning my cpap mask literally snapped in two as I was putting it on. I tried going to their website as an alternative way to order the replacement but it was a MESS. I don't know who created the site for them but they should be fired.
