I was at Bellingham ear nose and throat surgery center recently for a procedure. I am a retired small business owner a veterinarian actually who values customer service as the essential element in providing high quality to clients. Bellingham ear nose and throat has found a way to create a culture that is friendly responsible accurate and has the patients best interests at heart at all levels I was very impressed Each person I dealt with from the scheduling folks to the receptionist to the doctor and assistance gave me an impression that they were genuinely interested in caring for me and helping me through this situation that I found myself in. I found the Bellingham ENT staff to be attentive and caring of my needs, from the office staff to the doctor. The wait was short and the exam thorough. All areas of of the office appeared very clean and attentive to COVID-19 sanitation.

The office was able to get me in immediately to treat my nose bleed, the exam was very quick and thorough, was given a excellent handout on prevention and instructions in case if emergency. Dr Lichtenbeger was very caring and fixed my problem. I highly recommend him to anyone in need.
