Did they screw up my order? Yes. I requested black and gold balloons and received black and red. I asked for two bouquets. And I received one. This was supposed to be for a balloon release because we lost our son two heart failure. On top of everything else their manager or someone in charge at least hands me a 20% off token and says I'm sorry for our mistake. And shows me absolutely no eye contact whatsoever. It was a very upsetting visit to say the least.

Six laytex balloons clear and gold and two numbers '4' and '6', also laytex- filled with helium and small weight, almost 35. Not worth the price. Also have a toy horse that takes quarters, ate my first one and terrified my two year old.
I had checked 3 other stores for these simple foam swords and none of them had them, but nobbies had as many as I wanted and one of the associated led me to their exact spot. I can always count on them for the fun stuff. No, this isn't a fake review, they're really just that good.
Sad to see this place closing. We've gone throughout the years.
