I had a 5 star experience shopping for my audi q5 with Patric and Definitive Motors. The price was fair, they offered a price match in 250 mile radius, got me a great rate and I got out with my new vehicle in couple of hours. What was impressive for me is the sales and after sales experience. Patric responded to my questions very swiftly even after couple of months after purchasing the vehicle. The 5 day return flexibility and free oil change are a bonus. Definitely consider this place for your vehicle purchase.

I did my research online. I knew the car I wanted and the fair price. I found my vehicle here via Craigslist. I did some quick email q&a with Fred and got the car I wanted. The buying process was super simple. Patric was great in finance. The car was fairly priced so I didn't need to negotiate. The car was clean and problem free and I'm a satisfied customer. I'd recommend and say the online positive reviews helped me feel confident and matches my experience. I would rate 5 but there were two things that came up that kept it from being perfect and I'll say I have high standards to give a 5. 1. The car was only half a tank when I bought it. I would have liked it to be full, especially when paying cash for a car. 2. There was a clog in the AC drain that caused some water to overflow in the passenger side (this is common on my type of vehicle I guess) I had to fix upon arriving home. This really wasn't something I can blame them for on a used car, but it was a hassle to dry out the car and I guess the inspection missed it. Overall, I cleared the clog, dried the carpet and I'm happy. Overall, very good used car experience. Fair price. Nice guys who were sleazy.

A very pleasant and enjoyable experience with this dealership. Never felt they were trying to sell. It was a very professional dealing, Dru and Patric were both to the point, helpful and willing to work to our convenience. Information was precise and clear I enjoyed working with them, it never felt like any prior car buying I did, things were settled via phone and texts and we just had to go pick up the car. It was as promised and shown in the pics and I would buy again from them next time I am in the market for a car.

This is how car buying should be. We arrived, checked out the car, Dru showed us numbers then got us into our budget with an amazing loan. It took 2 hours total. No BS, no games. I've spent 6 hours at other dealerships. Dru was amazing, earned our trust and followed through on his word. I will recommend this dealership to everyone I know. We feel like we were taken care of and that means a lot to us.
