Great experience from start to finish. After our friends went through another local modular builder that basically set the house and left everything to us, we went through UMH. They completed the project from start to finish managing all aspects. Only complaint was delays to to Covid 19
like
We just finished our home with UMH Sales Center in Belle Vernon and everything from the price to the end of the project was excellent! Scott sold us the home and was very helpful throughout the process even though there were some difficulties with our land. I expected the process to be difficult but it was fast and easy. the Project Manager, Ryan, also made it a great experience. highly recommend!
We shopped other builders and just went into contract. was looking at Wayne Homes and KHOV....they were both about 30,000 to 40,000 more for the same home! We didn't want a garage and Wayne only wanted to credit us about 10,000.00 Save 38,000 going modular and the specification on the home was exactly the same - actually better in some aspects! Customer service has been excellent so far with all the quotes and the handle the entire build.
Build is done. There were a couple small things that needed replaced in the home that the factory didn't get right on the prints, but UMH did a good job of taking care of them. Over all I am a satisfied customer.
No Salesman ever came to see if they could help us. They were advertising i think 5000 off lot models. I don't know if the one i was interested in was included in that but when i called their price was consideravky higher than someone else i called with same upgrades included
