When we left Newcastle we left a 1st class practice, and we wondered what it would be like up here. We meed not have worried, 1st class medical staff, backed up by highly proficient clerical staff. 1st class.

Generally very friendly and helpful staff but I'm very disappointed to find myself unable to order my medication tonight due to calling at 5.10 pm and being told they don't do prescriptions after 5. Most unhelpful to those of us that finish work after 5 especially since I called before work the last time only to be told they didn't do prescriptions that early either.
While down at Haven my 3year old had to be seen for a UTI, cannot recommend this practice enough gave my little one an appointment straight away and the doctor was brilliant, dispensery in practice also so you don't even need to find a pharmacy afterwards
On holiday in Bamburgh with a chest infection, 29 w pregnant & called. Within 2 hours I had an appointment and medication. Amazing service. Thank you.
