My elderly mother didn't want the hassle of a walk in shower being put in. Sync living made it easy and she loves the shower. At the planning stage they gave excellent advice. The installers where great. They used quality components. Really a perfect company to deal with. Can not recommend them highly enough!

Bought a rise& recline chair, dealt with Jim who was very helpful& knowledgeable but did not try to do a hard sell. The delivery guys were courteous& professional, placing the chair exactly where we needed it, even plugging it in& ensuring I was happy with how it worked. We required the chair at very short notice, I first spoke to Jim on the phone Wednesday morning, we viewed Wednesday afternoon& it was delivered Saturday morning. Cannot fault the service or staff, especially during this pandemic, all whilst adhering to Covid safety measures. Very happy customer
Took my dad's wheelchair hoping the guys could take a quick look and rebook an appointment. Wow what a service! The service engineer stripped the offending part down there and then and was able to replace using an alternative part; something we hadn't even considered. I explained about my dad's complex needs and his lack of mobility and the gentleman in the showroom along with the engineer gave us some fabulous advice. From entering the showroom we encountered the most pleasant sales advisor who went above and beyond with his help. I know we will no doubt need a new wheelchair in the future and will definitely return to Sync Living. Well done guys and many thanks!
We bought my late grandfather a mobility scooter from Sync and I have to say it really made a positive impact on his last few years. As he was mobile again he was able to visit friends, family and regain much of his independence. It was worth every penny and the guys at Sync were wonderful. Happy to recommend.
Amazing shop with amazing staff. Jim is one of the nicest ppl u will ever meet. We had difficulty a few years back with Fred storey who took our money then went into administration the next day, we had been left devastated after fundraising for our son for a wheelchair he badly needed. Jim was the first to jump to our rescue and offered us the needed wheelchair for the remaining of our balance which was the kindest gesture ever. Since then Jim has became a family friend and always stayed in touch. Anything at all we need we know hes only a phone call away and he is such an expert in handling every situation with families and children. I would highly recommend him and this amazing company. Thank yous for everything xxx
