Quite possibly the worst company I have ever dealt with .. I mean words cannot describe them I have absolute no faith in anything that involves them. I could probably write a review that would be longer than the Lord of the Rings trilogy . For example today ( which is just a further kick in the teeth) I waited for one hour to be connected , finally when the female advisor answered she all of a sudden couldn’t hear me and hung up ( which was then after five so I could no longer phone back as lines were closed) I’m sure that was no consequence But since 2015 when I bought my house I have had not but problem after problem with them, from issues with my gas metre and appalling customer service. Vast majority have been extremely dismissive to the point I had to make a complaint to head management who sorted what was a very simple matter out but customer services managed to drag it out over four months whilst putting me down on the phone one every occasion and would not ever let me explain the problem, I was dumbfounded at the lack of incompetence I now have another fault with my meter and again SSE are making it difficult and do not appear to be listening to me, but seem the masters of panning it off that it is being looked into ... I am fed up wasting my time with them. ** I do appreciate that SSE have tried to resolve the matter since The time I posted the review, I genuinely do but if only someone would take on board at the the initial time, the problem the matter would easily be resolved ***

Waiting three weeks for sse to give some information to phoenix to enable gas to be connected. Waiting on hold for over an hour on two different occasions, no answer. Emails sent asking what's required of me... No answer. Sitting unable to do anything as nobody will let me know what's outstanding!!!

If i could give less i would. This is such a terrible service. The last review I left i was sent a link to a page that didn't exist. I have sent two further emails and a fb message and still nothing. I'm not letting his go. I want my money back!!! I'm sure if I owed your company money there would be someone available to converse with. I should be billk g you for time spent trying to sort this. Its been the cuts of a month. I should include the cost of parking and petrol to go directly to millennium House which is void of all staff to. None since March so goes the word on the street. I want a phone call from someone senior regarding this. You can find that information from the multitude of previous contacts!!!

Horrendous service i had to wait an hour to speak to someone on the phone. The person i spoke to was polite and helpful but this level of service is unacceptable.

What is wrong with this company.. Ive been a customer for 18yrs. Urgently trying to get SOMEONE to help, over 7days , emails sent begging for a response, Gas card has 49 on it but meter says card is void.. Tried it numerous times, garage said definitely working as they can't add anymore money to it, full amount on, yet it won't transfer to the gas meter. Spent 1hr 2mins on phone (TWICE) only to be hung up on (screenshot taken) .. I am disabled with a disabled little daughter in isolation, house is freezing cold, need gas for cooking, hot water, HEAT ... When Dublin answers they say contact NI gas - THATS WHO I HAVE BEEN CONTACTING AND NOONE GIVES A DAMN.. TREAT YOUR CUSTOMERS RIGHT AND SHOW SOME RESPECT YOU HAVE NO PROBLEM TAKEN OUR MONEY!
