Several times dealing with PNG for gas connections and their customer service is absolutely shocking. Staff actually become rude over the phone. Actions agreed with staff are not complete. You can tell it is the only company who provide gas connections as they don't care one bit about their customers.

Gave 4 days notice that they couldn't connect me on the agreed date because it would \take longer than expected!\ Put it back by 6 weeks so that now my appointments with my boiler contractor and Calor Gas to remove my tank have to be rearranged. And presumably my holiday in September will also have to be cancelled. Do I really want to be involved with a company that can't get something this simple right?

Now a month has passed and I have a trench running the length of my garden. Refuse to fill trench in and refuse to communicate with me even after a complaint has been made. Think twice.

After a service my boiler wouldn't fire but after the hard work and patience of the two Roberts and Pete and two additional visits the boiler is up and running again! My extra thanks to Robert who spent over three hours today getting the boiler going and doing detailed checks! It's great to be warm again!
