I am absolutely amaze with the results from my eye surgery. The staff in Belfast and Dublin couldn't do enough for me, they made me feel so comfortable and answer all my questions I needed to know. They were so attentive in my after plan appointment and reassuring me all will be well. Its good to know they are at the other end of the phone if I have concerns from my surgery. Thank you xx
Superb customer service at optical Express Belfast. Mary was very helpful in explaining changes in my prescription and how best to look after my sight and Jenny was friendly but professional in laying out my options and doing all she could to help me get what I needed. Nothing was too much trouble. First class all round.
